Crock Pot Chicken With Mushroom Wine Sauce

Ingredients
1 10.75oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
¼ cup onion minced
1 tsp dried parsley
¼ cup white wine
¼ tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp milk [any kind]
½ cup mushrooms sliced
½ tsp black pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

  • Mix together the soup, onion, parsley, wine, garlic powder, milk, mushrooms and pepper. Place chicken in the crock pot, covering with the soup mixture and cook on low setting for 5 to 6 hours, OR on High setting for 3 to 4 hours.

Makes 4 servings
